So, have you ever had one of those days where you walk into the kitchen and realize it is far warmer than normal? And then you notice the oven is on at around 450 and probably has been for at least 10 hours? Yeah, I wish I could say I hadn't either.

I need an oven that beeps every hour when it's on. May be annoying when I'm fixing a turkey (I start the night before) or summer sausage (cooks for 10 hours).
