Some people amuse me. - School

First class of the day, Typography. We touched the subject of Middle Ages Typography. The teacher mentioned that from 400 to 600 AD their was a lot of copying of the Bible and religeous documnts, kinda similar to the Judaic scribes had been playing with religeous documents since 500 BC. Big deal, right? We all know that before Gutenberg the closest thing to a printing press was. well. a monk. What is the big deal about that, right? "Wait, how did they worship Jesus? He was not even born yet." "No, it was the Jews, I think, right?" "No, they came after." "No, it was people prophecying that He would come." I just sat there shaking my head holding in the urge to laugh. Now, these were not the only people talking, but these people were louder than the others...I just hope that the other people were not as dumb as these people.

I want to stab my eyes out after reading that.

My fucking god! That's all I have to say about that.

You should have laughed.

You might have alienated yourself from the class, but that might be a good idea, considering the intelligence of those fine specimens you quoted.
